Sit back class as Richard and Shawn take you on an adventure during LOBarmy History Class.  This week the Bros discuss a grand event that sparked the Civil War.  At Fort Sumter Pierre Gustave Toutant Beauregard put on a 30 plus hour shelling of the Union Forces.  The result of all the bombing?  The death of one Mule.

Pierre continued the attack and was awarded with the Fort with a 21 gun salute.  What ensued was a Benny hill esque explosion.  As well as a citizen who tried to have a drink with the Union soldiers only discover what he drank was not wiskey.

Keeping with the Theme the Bros discuss a historical argument in Congress a few years before the Civil War.  The two sides argued over the new State of Kansas.  Finally an fist fight broke up only to end after one of the Congress Men lost their hair piece.

About Language of Bromance

Together Richard and Shawn formed the podcast The Language of Bromance and from there it has been nothing but fun. The duo laugh about things they go through, stories in the news and even getting serious discussing net neutrality along with other issues. Every so often their friendship turns to a bitter rivalry with their nerdiest creation the draft episodes. An original take on a best of or a top 10 list. The draft episodes are done like an NFL Draft 7 rounds where Richard and Shawn flip-flop picks on various topics.
