The year was 1977 and the cold war was heating up. Russia and the States were battling on the world stage. It was Communism VS Capitalism. How did this cold war find its way into a small town in West Virginia?
Vulcan West Virginia was a small Coal mining community that was only accessible by a worn down bridge. Kids had to cross this dangerous bridge to go to school each day. Then on day the bridge collapsed and the town was cut off from civilization. The pleas to the state fell on deaf ears so the mayor reached out to Mother Russia.
Did Russia come in and build a bridge? Did the USA stand for Russia coming in and poking fun at America? How did Mermaids and Disney Documentaries play a part in Vulcan West Virginia?

About Language of Bromance
Together Richard and Shawn formed the podcast The Language of Bromance and from there it has been nothing but fun. The duo laugh about things they go through, stories in the news and even getting serious discussing net neutrality along with other issues. Every so often their friendship turns to a bitter rivalry with their nerdiest creation the draft episodes. An original take on a best of or a top 10 list. The draft episodes are done like an NFL Draft 7 rounds where Richard and Shawn flip-flop picks on various topics.
